Your Reasons to Stay

Sometimes the weight of everything can make it hard to see what's ahead. The Reasons to Stay page is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the things that matter — big or small. From future goals to the people who need you, your dog who's waiting at the door, or the sunrise you haven't seen yet — there is always a reason to stay.

How to Use Your Lifeline Band

Your Lifeline Band is more than a bracelet — it's a direct connection to crisis resources, right from your wrist.

  1. Hold your phone near the bracelet. Position the back of your smartphone against the logo on your Lifeline Band.

  2. Tap to connect. Your phone will automatically detect the NFC chip embedded in the band — no app download required.

  3. Access resources instantly. You'll be directed to crisis support, the Hopeline Live Chat, free therapy, and more — all in one place.
